Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

All ICIMI pass purchases are non-refundable, regardless of the reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Inability to attend for personal, professional, or medical reasons

• Technical issues on the Attendee’s own device or internet connection

• Visa, travel, or scheduling conflicts

• Failure to attend without prior notice

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

2. Your Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)

If you are a consumer purchasing from within the European Union or European Economic Area, you would normally be entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) for goods and services purchased online.

This right does not apply to your ICIMI pass purchase. Under Article 16(l) of that Directive, the right of withdrawal is expressly excluded for contracts for the provision of services related to leisure and cultural activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance — which applies here, as ICIMI takes place on specific, fixed dates (20–22 November 2026). Your purchase is therefore exempt from the standard withdrawal right, and Section 1 above applies in full.

3. Limited Exceptions

Notwithstanding Section 1, the Company will:

• Correct duplicate or erroneous charges. If you believe you were charged in error or charged more than once for the same pass, contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate and correct any genuine processing error.

• Provide a refund or credit if the Company cancels the Event in its entirety. Should ICIMI 2026 be cancelled outright by the Company (not merely postponed or moved online-to-online in format), registered Attendees will be offered, at the Company’s discretion, either a full refund of their pass price or a credit toward a future ICIMI edition.

4. Postponement

If the Event is postponed to a later date rather than cancelled, your pass remains valid for the rescheduled date, and no refund is issued on that basis alone.

5. Ambassador, Complimentary, and Discounted Passes

Passes issued free of charge, at a discount, or through the Ambassador programme carry no monetary refund entitlement under any circumstance, as no full payment was made for them.
