1. Acceptance of These Terms

By registering for, purchasing a pass to, or otherwise using this website or attending the International Conference of Internal Medicine and Innovation (“ICIMI,” the “Event”), you (“Attendee,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not register for or attend the Event. These Terms are entered into between you and D.Y. The Aether Ventures Ltd, a company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus (“the Company,” “we,” “us”).

2. The Event

2.1 ICIMI 2026 is held entirely online, from 20 to 22 November 2026, via the video platform specified at registration.

2.2 The Company reserves the right to modify the programme, speaker line-up, schedule, or format of the Event at any time, for any reason, including circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control. Where reasonably possible, the Company will notify registered Attendees of material changes.

2.3 Attendees are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and compatible device to access the Event. The Company is not responsible for an Attendee’s inability to access the Event due to their own technical limitations.

3. Registration and Passes

3.1 The Event offers multiple pass tiers (including, without limitation, Observer Pass, Speaker Pass, and Young Doctor/Internist Pass), each with the benefits described on the Website at the time of purchase.

3.2 A pass is personal to the individual named at registration and is non-transferable unless expressly agreed by the Company in writing.

3.3 One pass entitles one individual to attend. Sharing of login credentials or access links with unregistered individuals is prohibited and may result in removal from the Event without compensation.

3.4 Registrants must accurately represent their professional status, qualifications, and any information required for a specific pass tier. The Company reserves the right to verify this information and to refuse, revoke, or downgrade a registration where information provided is found to be false or misleading.

4. Payment

4.1 All prices are stated in EUR and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable tax as indicated at checkout.

4.2 Discount codes, complimentary passes, and Ambassador-programme passes are subject to their own specific terms communicated at the time they are issued, and may be withdrawn or invalidated where misuse or fraud is identified.

4.3 Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. The Company does not directly store full payment card details.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

5.1 All ticket sales are final. Please refer to the separate Refund Policy for full details, which forms part of these Terms.

5.2 If the Company cancels the Event in its entirety, the Refund Policy governs Attendees’ entitlements.

6. Certificates, CME Credits, and Publication

6.1 Certificates of attendance are issued to Attendees who complete the requirements communicated for the relevant pass tier.

6.2 Where a pass tier references Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits, such credits are subject to the requirements, review, and confirmation of the relevant accrediting body, and their availability, quantity, and recognition may vary by jurisdiction and by the Attendee’s own licensing or regulatory body. The Company does not guarantee that CME credits issued or claimed in connection with the Event will be recognised or accepted by any specific institution, licensing board, or jurisdiction. Attendees are responsible for confirming applicability with their own regulatory or licensing body.

6.3 Where a pass tier references publication with DOI issuance for presented research, this is subject to the Attendee’s submission meeting the applicable editorial, ethical, and formatting requirements of the publishing body, and to that body’s independent review and acceptance process. The Company facilitates the submission opportunity but does not guarantee acceptance, publication, or the timing of any DOI issuance.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 The ICIMI and ICSI names, logos, and all Website and Event content produced by the Company are the property of the Company and may not be reproduced without permission.

7.2 Speakers retain ownership of their own presented content. By presenting at the Event, speakers grant the Company a non-exclusive licence to record, reproduce, and use their presentation (including their name, likeness, and voice) for the Company’s promotional, archival, and educational purposes, both during and after the Event.

7.3 Attendees may not record, screen-capture, redistribute, or publicly share any part of the Event without the Company’s prior written permission.

8. Code of Conduct

Attendees and speakers are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times. The Company reserves the right to remove any individual from the Event, without refund, for conduct it reasonably considers disruptive, harassing, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate.

9. Not Medical or Professional Advice

Content presented at the Event is for educational purposes only and does not constitute individual medical, clinical, legal, or professional advice. It is not a substitute for the independent professional judgment of a qualified practitioner in relation to any specific patient or situation.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability to any Attendee arising out of or in connection with the Event or these Terms is limited to the amount actually paid by that Attendee for their pass.

10.2 The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of income, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from an Attendee’s own equipment or internet connection.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Third-Party Services

The Event may be delivered in part through third-party platforms (including video-conferencing and payment providers). Use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms, over which the Company has no control.

12. Privacy

The Company’s collection and use of personal data is governed by the separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Continued registration for or attendance at the Event following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

15.2 The Parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

15.3 The Parties shall first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute by negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days before commencing proceedings.
